Hello, I'm Vannessa. I grew up in the Philippines with a large extended family, learning that we're all connected. What affects us, touches everyone around us.
Maybe you're exhausted from holding it all together. Maybe your child needs support you don't know how to give. Maybe you know something needs to shift but you're not sure where to start. I help people tune back in, to themselves, to each other.

You’re constantly “on,” holding everything together while your own needs fall away. Your body is asking for support.
When your body holds tension
Headaches, tight shoulders, ongoing aches - signs your body may be holding more than it needs to.
When something feels "off"
You feel drained, disconnected, or not quite yourself. Even if you can’t explain it, your body knows.
During times of change
Life transitions, loss, new beginnings, or shifting roles can unsettle the body. Gentle support can help you find steadiness.

You sense something needs to change but don’t know what or how. I can help you find clarity and reconnect.

Whether it’s anxiety, big emotions, trouble focusing, or feeling a little stuck, gentle, natural support can sometimes help in ways you might not expect.
How I work
Each session begins with a real conversation about you, your symptoms, your challenges, your goals.
My approach draws from three places: my training in kinesiology, my own lived experience, and the Filipino values I grew up with - kapwa (we're connected) and pakiramdam (deep listening with your whole being).
What this means for you: I create a safe space where you can be honest without judgment. I listen not just to your words, but to what your body is communicating beneath the surface. I use gentle touch, movement, and techniques to release both physical tension and emotional weight. And when it feels right, I might suggest supportive remedies like flower essences or essential oils to help you feel more grounded.
Your wellbeing affects those around you, just as theirs affects you. That's why your honesty, respect, and participation matter. We work together, I offer guidance and support, but you remain the expert on your own experience.
